We have a couple of weeks under our belts. Everyone is doing well and getting adjusted to the new year. Our spirits and expectations are hi. The coaches are looking forward to working with a great group of experienced and talented players.

Next week marks the beginning of team workouts. We will do a fitness test and get started in the weight room. We also get to work with our players in small groups on the court. This is an important time of year to start establishing our team identity, every year and every team is different no matter how many returning players we have. Everyone is eager and anxious to show what they can do.
